We are looking for Solar Crew Leads and Solar Installers who have a passionate interest in solar energy and a drive to lead and grow our solar division.
The ideal candidate will bring experience, professionalism, reliability, and will be detail oriented.
In addition, we're looking for individuals who have a desire to pursue solar certifications and advance in Blue Sky's career path.

Experience in solar installation and willingness to travel for out of town projects is always a plus.
Responsibilities:
Layout and assembly of solar panels and racking hardware Mechanical/structural mounting of racking, modules and electrical equipment Properly repair and seal roof penetration Perform maintenance on the solar system as needed Prepare inventory for installs and document completion of installation Work well within a team environment Project clean up Attend training sessions on new products, installation methodology and safety
Qualifications:
Solar or Construction experience is required Must be able to routinely lift 50lbs Ability to work in extreme environments (example:
heat, cold, crawl spaces, etc.
) Must be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs, work on rooftops and be able to work on your feet for long periods of time Basic computer skills High school diploma or GED required Excellent customer service skills required Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal check, MVR and drug screen Must have a valid driver's license Able to work with power tools Must follow all safety policies and standards for working
