The person filling this position will handle phone calls from life insurance policyholders, document these calls, manage some back-office processing requests. Call Center Customer Support will be responsible for answering telephones and responding to basic client questions and forward call to appropriate personnel. The candidate will be chargeable for reconsidering customer reports once in a week to ensure data integrity; prepare and submit report to management, and performing data entry and matching documents to appropriate accounts to make sure up to date and accurate information. It is the responsibility of the Call Center Customer Support to process client Requests by sending faxes, returning telephone massages, sending mail documents, using other related communication.
Requirement
2 or more years of customer service experience
Education
High school diploma/GED

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
