Position Purpose

Responsible for providing support and training for the DCIS Digital Ag Solutions Program which is utilized by Agents and Producers. This position will work professionally and collaboratively with team members and other functional departments in support of precision ag initiatives.


  • Provides technical support to Agents, Producers and other support staff to maximize the Company's effort to capitalize on the potential of Digital Agriculture
  • GIS Software support to growers and crop consultants
  • Data management of Aerial Imagery, Yield Data, Production Data, VRT application and Farm/Field mapping
  • Identify spatial coordinates, using remote sensing and Global Positioning System (GPS) data
  • Process and analyze data from planting and harvest monitors to develop yield maps
  • Prepares, maintains, and updates training manuals for the precision ag programs training events
  • Facilitate and deliver training for Agents and associated staff to support their learning needs for the DCIS precision ag program
  • Create communication materials for improvements/updates regarding the precision ag program
  • Coordinates training event invites, responses, and attendee lists for all precision ag program trainings
  • Supports the Operations Supervisor in areas such as completion of special projects and reports, reporting on the precision ag program, and other special events and duties as needed
  • Perform other duties as directed

  • PowerPoint and Excel experience required
  • Flexibility to work an occasional evening and/or weekend, as needed
  • Results driven individual with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel and conduct training for agents


  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred; however, candidates with agricultural and/or precision ag experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates with experience in highly detailed, customer service-driven environments are also encouraged to apply

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
